Description
This is the one that started our whole backyard: a 3-inch tangle of soft rubber strands around a tiny core. Toss it and the strands fold into your fingers instead of bouncing off them, which is why little hands land their first real catch with it. It never rolls under the couch, it never thumps a window, and it feels just as good squished in a pocket during homework. One ball arrives in one of our six classic colors — red, orange, yellow, green, blue or purple.
- About 3 inches across when the strands fan out — the size we have made since the very first Koosh
- Thousands of rubber filaments soak up the throw, so the ball stops in your palm instead of springing away
- Indoor-safe: no bounce, no roll, no scuffs on walls or lamps
- Comes as a single ball in a surprise rainbow color — collect the full set of six
How we play it: Our favorite first game with this toy: sit facing your child, knees almost touching, and roll the throw into a gentle underhand lob. The rubber strands grab little fingers, so the ball is stopped in the hand on the very first try — and that tiny win is what makes the next ten throws so much fun.
