Returns and exchanges are handled by the store you bought from. Open your order there, choose the item, and follow its return steps; the store's own policy sets the window and any fees.

Something arrived broken

1. Take a photo of the item and the box.
2. Open the order on the store where you checked out.
3. Choose the damaged or defective option and ask for a replacement or refund there.

Warranty questions
