Original Koosh is the Best!
The original loose name brand is the best! All other knock-offs have fallen apart on me- but these name brand koosh balls are the best! I loved getting surprise colors!

Child approved, adults loved
This was on my godson’s birthday wish list. He was so happy and excited to play. Took it at the party for everyone to play. Assembly was so easy. Love how portable it is.

classic slingshot experience without the danger of real projectiles
This Koosh Slingshot gives kids the classic slingshot experience without the danger of real projectiles. The soft Koosh balls fly just far enough for outdoor fun, and there’s no risk of breaking anything indoors. It’s lightweight, easy for small hands, and really encourages safe, active play. My kids love the ‘real slingshot’ feel, and I love that I don’t…

Cute keychain
Great keychain! It was a little smaller than I expected but still adorable. It is well made and held up to being on a backpack that is used daily.
In 1986 engineer Scott Stillinger was trying to teach his two young children to play catch. Regular balls bounced out of their hands and beanbags were too heavy, so he set out to build a ball that would simply stop when it was caught. He started with rubber bands and kept refining the idea until it became a sphere of soft rubber filaments.
Stillinger showed an early prototype to his brother-in-law Mark Button, who had worked in toy marketing. They were confident enough to leave their jobs and start a small toy company, OddzOn Products, and Stillinger built the machine that made the first balls himself.
The patent describes a ball formed by floppy, elastic filaments radiating from a central core — soft enough to collapse on impact and absorb the energy of a throw, and dense enough to thread between the fingers for a sure catch.
Every Koosh ball starts the same way: a soft core with a burst of natural rubber filaments around it. When a ball hits your hands, the strands collapse and grab your fingers, so the throw stops dead instead of springing away. That is the whole trick behind a Koosh — it is a toy designed so kids can catch, not chase. A classic 3-inch Koosh ball is light, quiet and colorful, and it is just as happy flying across a park as it is sitting on a desk being squished. The quality is in the strands: natural rubber that springs back to a round shape after every squeeze.
Once you have a ball that never bounces, the games write themselves. Our Paddle Play Set and Woosh disc let kids rally without chasing a runaway ball. Flix Stix play like lacrosse with a pocket that actually holds on. Koosh Kornhole, Darts and Hoops bring target games indoors because a soft Koosh will not dent a floor or crack a frame. And when the throwing arm needs a rest, the Slingshot, Flingshot, Triple Fling and Bow Launcher send our balls flying fifty feet and more.
Pick a size: the 1.5-inch Minis fit a pocket three at a time, the 3-inch ball is the one you remember, and the Comet adds a tail for sky-high throws. Collectors go for Koosh Cameos — Darth Vader, Grogu, the Mandalorian, a Stormtrooper, Bumblebee, Blue and the T-Rex — and younger fans clip a Disney Koosh to their backpack. Each one keeps the same soft strands and the same promise: easy to catch, hard to put down. Every product page carries the full information — size, age range, what is in the box — plus the same quality notes and a play tip from us, so you can pick by the information that matters to your family.
A Koosh ball is a soft toy ball made of hundreds of natural rubber latex filaments radiating from a small core. The strands absorb the impact of a throw, so it is easy to catch and does not bounce or roll away.
Yes. The original Koosh ball is still made today in its classic 3-inch size, as 1.5-inch Minis, and inside newer games like the Paddle Play Set, Flix Stix, Kornhole and Cameos collectibles.
The name copies the soft koosh sound the ball makes when it lands in your hands. It was picked from a long list of more than 200 candidate names.
It was invented to make catch easy for young kids. Today people also use a Koosh as a quiet fidget toy, a classroom tossing ball and the ball for indoor games that cannot use anything hard.
The classic and mini balls are for ages 3 and up. Games such as Flix Stix, Darts, Hoops and our launchers are for ages 5 or 6 and up, and Koosh Cameos are rated 8 and up.
Yes. Koosh balls are made with natural rubber latex filaments, so they are not a good pick for anyone with a latex allergy.
Easy to catch, hard to put down!
